Each product is custom-made after you place an order, which affects processing and delivery timelines.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • After processing, the product goes into manufacturing

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing begins

Processing times may vary during high-demand periods.


3. Manufacturing & Fulfillment

All products are fulfilled through our Print-On-Demand partner:

Supplier: Qikink

Products are manufactured and printed via Qikink and its associated production partners and retailers (including Edge and similar units).

Each item goes through production, quality check, and packaging before dispatch.


4. Shipping & Delivery Time (India Only)

  • Delivery Time: 1–6 business days

  • Shipping is available only within India

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Courier service availability

  • External factors (weather, logistics delays, etc.)


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions


6. Order Tracking

  • A tracking link will be provided once your order is shipped

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect


7. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

However, we will assist you in resolving delivery-related concerns.


8. Incorrect Address

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses will not be eligible for refund or replacement

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Share your Order ID

We will review and resolve the issue as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.
