📦 Refund & Replacement Policy Report

1. Overview

This policy defines the terms for refunds, replacements, and product eligibility for all purchases made through our store. All products are fulfilled under a Print-On-Demand (POD) model, meaning each item is custom-produced after an order is placed.

Due to this production method, traditional return and exchange policies do not apply.


2. Product Nature (Print-On-Demand)

All products available on our store are:

  • Custom manufactured after order confirmation

  • Printed individually per customer request

  • Not stored as ready-made inventory

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.


3. No Return Policy

We enforce a strict non-returnable policy.

Returns are not accepted under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Minor color differences (screen vs print variation)

  • Slight design alignment variations within acceptable limits

This is because POD products cannot be restocked or resold once produced.


4. Replacement Policy (Limited Eligibility)

Replacements are only provided in verified cases where there is a clear issue with the product.

✅ Eligible Cases:

  • Misprinted or incorrect design

  • Wrong product delivered (size/design mismatch from order)

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Damaged product received during shipping

❌ Not Eligible:

  • Size issues due to customer selection

  • Minor print or color variation

  • Personal preference dissatisfaction

  • Incorrect address provided by customer


5. Issue Reporting Process

To request a replacement, customers must:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The product

    • The defect

    • The packaging

  • Share Order ID and registered contact details

Requests without proper proof or outside the timeframe may be declined.


6. Resolution Timeline

  • Requests are reviewed within 24–48 business hours

  • Approved cases will receive a replacement at no additional cost


7. Supplier & Manufacturing Details

All products are fulfilled through our Print-On-Demand partner:

Supplier: Qikink
Service Type: Print-On-Demand Fulfillment & Logistics

Products are manufactured and printed by Qikink through its network of production partners and associated retailers (including Edge and similar manufacturing units).

These partners handle:

  • Product manufacturing

  • Printing and finishing

  • Packaging

  • Shipping operations


8. Supplier-Based Limitations

Due to the involvement of Qikink and its manufacturing partners:

  • Each product is made individually per order

  • No centralized stock is maintained

  • Printed items cannot be reused or resold

Therefore:

👉 Returns are strictly not allowed
👉 Replacements are only possible for verified defects
